Jessica Williamson

Director, Human Resources

As Human Resources Director, Jessica oversees all human resources functions of the organization, providing guidance and support to supervisors and employees, continually improving human resources processes and operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  She is also responsible for coordinating recruiting and interviewing processes, compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, managing the employee performance review process, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, and staff and supervisor trainings. Jessica holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Previously, Jessica served as Special Assistant to the CEO, providing administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer in support of Foundations' operations and business growth. Upon joining the organization in 2003, Jessica served as a Special Projects Assistant in the School Services Department, where she gained specialized knowledge and exposure to Foundations' direct services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, majoring in Secondary Education Mathematics, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
