Jessica Williamson is Human Resources Specialist, working directly with schools and afterschool programs to provide human resources guidance and support. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an employee of Foundations since 2003, Jessica brings her extensive experience to everything she does. Jessica graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing in Secondary Education Mathematics. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Jessica coordinated the organization-wide process of creating Foundations’ organizational values and is passionate about each one – but she identifies integrity as the most important value in her work. As an HR professional, she bases her decisions on what is right and what is fair, building relationships with colleagues and clients based on trust and honesty.
Jessica lives in Delaware with her husband and their three children. She loves to spend time on the beach whenever she can, often traveling to the Outer Banks in North Carolina to visit family – and get some quality beach time.
