Getting Ready for BSH

To help you have the best conference experience possible, we’ve compiled lots of helpful information and links below. If you have any questions leading up to the conference, just contact us at 888-977-5437 or info@foundationsinc.org. Or, while on site, visit the BSH registration desk from 7 am to 5 pm daily.

What to Wear

• Indoors: Conference attire is business casual. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.

• Outdoors: The average high temperature for Burlingame, CA in February is 60°F, and the average low is 46°F. Check weather.com before you pack for an accurate forecast.

Getting Around

• Airport Shuttle: Hotel guests receive complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from San Francisco International Airport. Learn more.

• Parking: The hotel offers convenient on-site parking, both self-serve and valet. Learn more.   

• Free Transportation: A free trolley runs regularly from the hotel to multiple points in downtown Burlingame. Plus, Foundations offers a free luxury shuttle into San Francisco on Thursday and Friday evenings. Learn more.

Hotel Notes

• Check In: You may check into the hotel/your room after 3:00 pm on your day of reservation.

• Guestroom Amenities: All guest rooms include a hair dryer, iron, coffeemaker, alarm clock radio and refrigerator. High-speed wireless Internet access is available for a fee. More info.

• Business Center: The Hyatt features a 24-hour business center (extra fees apply).

• Hotel Key Cards: Be aware that your hotel key cards can get demagnetized when placed near your cell phone, credit cards, or magnets. If your key does not work, visit the Hyatt’s front desk and present identification to get it re-issued.

Conference Notes

• Schedule of Events: Plan your customized conference experience. Choose from our many workshops titles and times. Read more. 

• Registration: You can check into the conference at the BSH Registration desk from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Wednesday through Friday. Registration lines are organized by last name.

• Opening Reception: Don’t miss our famous opening night reception from 6 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday evening. Enjoy live music, food, drinks, networking and great fun with colleagues and new friends.

• Dining: Continental breakfast will be provided on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday. The Hyatt also offers several café and restaurant options for your convenience. Read more.

• ID Badges/Access: You must wear your valid BSH conference ID badge at all times. Only credentialed participants will be granted access to BSH functions, meals, workshops, site visits, excursions, and venues.
