SITE VISIT REGISTRATION IS NOW FULL/CLOSED.

Please note these important reminders for all Beyond School Hours site visit registrants:

Date & Time: Site visits will take place on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 2:30 to 6:00 pm. Buses will load at 2:30 pm at the entrance near the lobby elevators, will depart promptly, and will return to the hotel by 6:00 pm.

Check In/Bus Assignment: Remember to check in at the Site Visit table at the BSH registration desk in Burlingame to receive your bus assignment and wristband for boarding.

ID Badge: Both your valid BSH conference ID badge and your color-coded site visit wristband will be required for you to board the bus and enter the program site(s). These items must be worn at all times while on the site visit excursions. No spouses, children or uncredentialed guests will be permitted to attend the site visits.

Transportation: Only participants who are transported via the BSH buses will be permitted to enter the sites. You will not be permitted to take your own transportation, follow the bus in rental cars or taxis, or travel to the sites by any means other than your designated BSH site visit bus.

Personal Needs: Please take into consideration that you will be away from the hotel for several hours. Be aware of other appointments, phone calls, necessary medications, etc. before you board the buses. Remember to have your cell phone fully charged if you will need it while away from the hotel.

Photos/Videos: For safety and security purposes, absolutely no photography, videotaping, or audio recording of any kind will be permitted at the sites.

Cancellations: If you cannot make the trip, please let us know ASAP at info@foundationsinc.org so your spot can be given to a guest on the waiting list.
