Traffic Report

We drive prospects your way with dedicated exhibit hours each day, along with reminders via Twitter and Facebook. We've also arranged to have the opening reception, breakfasts, and breaks in the exhibit area for added visibility.

The "dog bone" shape of the exhibit floor funnels attendees past your table on their way to sessions at opposite ends of the exhibit area. In addition, Exhibitor Bingo encourages attendees to visit your table to get their sheet stamped for a chance to win prizes. More than 50% of last year's attendees participated.

Because we intentionally limit the number of exhibitors in our gallery, you'll have more opportunities for informal, one-on-one interactions with community, school, and government leaders.

Hotel and Air Travel Information

Once you have completed and submitted your exhibitor registration form, you need to arrange for your hotel and air travel. A special room rate of $175.00 plus $1.25 travel fee and applicable taxes per night for a standard room is available at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. Beyond School Hours Conference to receive the special conference rate. The rate is guaranteed, while space lasts, if paid in full through February 1, 2012, so please register early.
